When you fill in forms on the site (cost calculator, callback request, contact form) we collect: name, phone number, site address, email and comment — only what you provide voluntarily.
2. How the data is used
The data is used to contact you, prepare a cost estimate, and arrange a measurement and the work. We do not share personal data with third parties, except where directly required by Estonian law.
3. Data storage
Data is kept no longer than necessary to process the request and fulfil contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
4. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies required for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to improve the service. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent to processing at any time.
